Process

Step 1

To enable us to provide you with an outline quotation, we will require your full name, email & postal address along with a daytime telephone number. Your details will be used only by ourselves and we will not pass them on to any other third party.

Step 2

Upon receiving your outline quote, should you wish, we will put you in contact with architects recommended by ourselves to visit with a no obligation quote to draw up your detailed plans and complete a site visit. This will also be an opportunity to discuss planning and building regulation requirements. Following the visit with the architect we will provide a written quotation detailing all your expectations and requirements as set out in your detailed drawings.

Step 3

Once you have decided you would like to proceed with ourselves, we would require a small deposit which would secure your build project in our diary. A start date and anticipated build time will also be agreed.
